  1. There's a really good build of that kit (test shot, I believe) on LSP: https://forum.largescaleplanes.com/index.php?/topic/100173-north-american-f-86-a-5-sabre-148-clear-prop-models/ Kev
  2. Nice work! I've just moved this to the Non-Mask section where it more appropriately belongs. Kev
  3. Welcome aboard, Jean! You could try superimposing the mask designs over your original scans, and making them match up. Not sure if that's actually possible in practise, but just an idea that popped into my head. Kev
  4. Wow, that's annoying! If I were you, I'd take this issue directly to Silhouette, as this seems like a failure of the machine to perform properly. I think some tech support might be in order here. Kev
  5. I meant to report back on this ages ago, but one of the updates released since I made this post fixed the issue, and subsequent versions of Silhouette Studio have all been fine - not that I've really had any time to test them! I've just (finally) upgraded from the Basic (free) edition to Business Edition, so being much more productive at the workbench so far this year (4 completions already), I'm hoping to be able to use the Silhouette solution for my projects more often. Kev
  6. Yep, just upgraded from Basic to Business myself. Total cost was about AU$76, and I had a bit of trouble with the payment process, so Silhouette support helped me out nicely there. Now I just have to find the time to use it! Kev
  7. That looks great, Dave! Kev
  8. Thanks for posting these, Dave! Kev
  9. Awesome! I know I could use them, at the very least. Kev
  10. That looks great, Dave! Can I convince you to upload the cut files when you're done? Kev
  11. Looking forward to seeing the results, Dave! Kev
  12. Welcome aboard, sir! Kev
  13. Probably, and probably not. Kev
  14. Just a test post after yet another software update. Kev
  15. That reminds me of the vinyl that Montex uses in its sets, where I've had similar issues. That's a bit surprising from a paper-based tape, though. Kev
  16. Great results, Dave! Thanks for running these tests for us. Still on the look out myself. Kev
  17. It's a good question. I can't even find the Tamiya sheets here in Australia! Kev
  18. Hi Denis, you should be good to go now. Kev
  19. Welcome aboard, Denis! Great to see you here. Kev
  20. And again! Kev
  21. Welcome aboard, sir! Kev
  22. Welcome aboard, Steve! Kev
  23. Kevin Futter replied to butch4343's topic in Introductions
Welcome aboard, Butch! That's some really impressive work there. Kev
  24. I'm pretty sure it's just a once-only cost, and not an annual license. Kev
