Model Aircraft Limey Posted May 4, 2024 Posted May 4, 2024 Starting this kit and was hoping to make masks. The roundels are easy but the fat lettering for the SN is a new one! Anyone had a go...? https://spruebrothers.com/lnrl3202-1-32-great-wall-hobby-curtiss-p-40b-warhawk-pearl-harbor-/ Quote
Mozart Posted May 6, 2024 Posted May 6, 2024 Sorry, I’m not quite sure what your question is here? Can you explain a little more please. 1 Quote
GeneK Posted May 6, 2024 Posted May 6, 2024 Are you referring to the 284? If so, I could manually trace those for you. Silhouette Studio? Gene K Quote

Limey, We haven't heard from you, so I went ahead and traced the Fat 284 ... and posted it in Downloads. It's a Silhouette Studio file, and since I don't have the decals, the file is not scaled. To do so, I need the height of the letters (or you could do that in Studio, if that's what you're using). Hope you're still planning on making the masks ... and that you'll post the results. 👍 Gene K Edited May 10, 2024 by GeneK 2 Quote
