Davecww1
Hello, I just got a new Silhouette Cameo 4 and am learning to make masks, I do mainly 1/48 aircraft, World War 1 and World War 2. Just made a mask for a F2G Corsair checkered cowling but didn't come out as good as I expected. I will need to redraw the squares as I just used the trace program over a jpg file. Well I have a large roll of vinyl so will try try again. Dave Calhoun

Mozart
Welcome Dave! Chequers are one of the hardest things to do in my experience, easy on a flat surface agreed, but get a curve or a narrowed surface like a rear fuselage and it becomes very, very tricky both to design and apply. Good luck! Edited March 12, 2021 by Mozart
