It's a crafting cutter. You can cut up to 11x17 sheets. I generally draw up the masks in Inkscape and then import the SVG into Sizzix' eCal2 software to print it out. It works very well using Tamiya Kabuki mask material as well as vinyl masking rolls. Here is a text review. Sizzix Eclips2 review

Greetings. I'm a semi-experienced Sizzix Eclips2 user. I primarily design in Inkscape, but am using Adobe Illustrator as well. Mostly aircraft markings in 1/48 and some 1/72. Cameron
