Hello everyone, I saw this site in a Britmodeller thread and thought I'd take a look. I'm a 1/32 WW2 aircraft modeller, with very occasional trips to break scale into 1/24 (I'm looking at you, Airfix Typhoon...).

In the big scales, I much prefer to paint insignia and codes, so this looks like an excellent place.

I have just spent a couple of days in Inkscape creating masks for some of the stencils on the Airscale B-P Defiant, and am eagerly awaiting delivery of a Silhouette Portrait 4 to see if they are actually cuttable... :-)

Welcome aboard, Mike! There's a version of the airscale Defiant kit decals represented as cut files here on the site, produced by Max Williams. Of course, if you're planning on different markings, then this isn't really relevant! Looking forward to what you come up with.

default_hiaboard, there are a few here who are also on BM, and if you ever frequent LSP (I assume you've at least looked it over, given the scales you mention) you'll also find some familiar "handles".

Morning Mike, and welcome. I have been watching your Defiant progress over on BM, it’s going well! Have fun with your cutter and be sure to come back if you need any tips of help.
